These terms describe the basic rules for using AI Image Prompt Generator, including image-to-prompt generation, prompt rewrites, account access, and monthly uses.
Use of the service
You may use the service to generate prompts and images within your available free or paid usage limits. You are responsible for the text prompts, images, URLs, and other content you submit, including confirming that you have the right to use your input materials.
Free and paid usage
Free usage is intended for trial and personal evaluation. Paid usage supports higher monthly limits and commercial workflows, subject to these terms, provider availability, and applicable law.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel from the account billing area when self-service billing is available, and active paid benefits are intended to remain available until the current paid period ends unless a refund, dispute, policy violation, or provider action requires earlier account changes.
Payments may be processed by PayPal or another listed payment provider. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled under the applicable provider flow and the site policy shown at the time of purchase. Credits are usage limits for the service, are not cash, and expire or reset according to the plan billing cycle shown on the Pricing and account billing pages.
Generated output
AI-generated prompts and rewrites may vary in quality and may require review before publication or commercial use. We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, copyright-free, trademark-free, or suitable for every use case.
Disallowed inputs
Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, privacy-invasive, or that you do not have permission to use. High-confidence disallowed content may be blocked, and related audit metadata may be retained for safety and abuse prevention.
Third-party providers
Generation workflows may rely on third-party AI providers. Availability, latency, and result quality may vary based on provider status and selected models.
Service availability
The service may change, pause, or limit features as the product evolves. Some features may remain in beta or depend on external provider availability.
