This page explains what information AI Image Prompt Generator processes when you use prompt generation, image-to-prompt, account, and billing features.
Account information
When you sign in or create an account, we process the information needed to manage authentication, credits, and basic account access. This may include your email address, authentication records, and billing-related identifiers when payments are enabled.
Prompt and image processing
Text prompts, uploaded images, and image URLs are processed to generate prompt or image results. Uploaded reference images are intended for temporary processing only and are not treated as permanent stored user assets unless a storage feature is explicitly added later.
Public examples are curated project samples. User uploads and user history are not automatically published into the public examples library.
Third-party AI providers
Some generation requests are sent to third-party AI providers to complete prompt or image generation. The selected provider may process request content as required to return a result.
Usage and billing data
We process credit usage, generation status, and related request metadata to enforce limits, apply refunds when generation fails, and support account-level billing records.
Payments, cookies, and analytics
If paid plans are enabled, payment providers may process checkout, subscription, and invoice information. The site may also use cookies or analytics tools for sign-in, usage measurement, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
For PayPal or other provider payments, the provider processes the payment method and may return limited billing records to us, such as plan, amount, subscription status, refund or dispute status, invoice reference, and provider customer identifiers needed to operate billing support.
Safety and audit retention
We may keep minimal audit metadata, such as request status, safety decision, model route, quota event, and timestamps, for up to 90 days to investigate abuse, provider failures, quota refunds, and service reliability. We do not use this audit record to publish user images as public examples.
