No. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle, and unused plan credits do not roll over to the next month. When Basic upgrades to Pro, unused Basic credits can be kept as upgrade bonus credits until the current Pro period ends.
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. After cancellation, paid benefits are intended to remain available until the current paid period ends unless a refund, dispute, or provider action requires earlier account changes.
Payments may be processed by PayPal. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks follow the applicable provider flow and site policy. Credits are service usage limits, not cash, and expire or reset according to the plan billing cycle.
